Urgent Care FAQs

What do I do if my tooth has been knocked out?
You have a better chance of saving your tooth if you can keep the tooth in a glass of milk or, if it’s your own tooth, tucked into your cheek so that your saliva keeps it moist. The sooner you can get in to see us the better, so contact our office right away.
Can you fix a broken tooth?
Yes, depending on your situation, we have different options to fix your broken tooth. Bonding is often a good choice for chipped teeth. It takes very little time and can make all the difference in the way you look. We offer a wide range of cosmetic dentistry options if you want to fix small or large imperfections in your teeth.
If I have pain and swelling, should I be concerned?
Pain and swelling can indicate different problems in your teeth, gums or jaw. It may be your wisdom teeth, but it could be another issue. It’s important to come in and be diagnosed properly by one of our dentists if you’re experiencing these symptoms. Whenever you have pain and swelling it can be indicative of infection and it may be dangerous for you to try to “tough it out” until the symptoms go away.
