Call our office and speak to our receptionists who will take some information over the phone and then get you scheduled for your online emergency appointment. 

Before you join the appointment, we’d like you to take a few pictures. We need one of your front teeth to use some students to retract your cheeks, so we can see them clearly.

Step 2:
Take Photos of Your Smile and Teeth

We need one of your front teeth to use some students to retract your cheeks, so we can see them clearly.

Take one with your mouth slightly open and then bite down and pull the cheeks to one side and take the right side and left side photos of your teeth. Then remove the spoons tilt your head back and get one picture of your entire upper jaw, and then a picture of your lower jaw.

Step 3:
Send Photos to Our Office Via Email

To email the photos simply select the photos that you want to send and at the bottom left hand corner of the screen hit the box with the arrow then click mail. Type in paragondental@rocketmail.com and put your name in the subject line. When sending the photos please use actual size or large.

Step 4:
Go To Your Email & Connect to Appointment

Open your email and click the provided link to our Appointment together. After you click the link- it will ask you to join the meeting. It’ll want to know your name and it allows access to the camera and our friendly Dr. Carter or Dr. Torres-Carter will be there waiting for you at the time that you chose. If you have any questions or difficulty please call and we’d be happy to help.
